Meet Chloe
Meet Chloe, the founder of Chloe May VA — also known as your go-to-gal.
From her home office in beautiful Busselton, Chloe supports female-led service-based businesses by providing reliable backend admin and marketing execution support. She steps into her clients’ existing systems and takes care of the day-to-day tasks that keep everything organised, consistent, and running smoothly.
Think emails, calendars, client communication, content scheduling, admin tasks, and general business operations — all the behind-the-scenes work that often gets pushed aside when things get busy.
Her goal is simple: to help business owners stay organised, reduce overwhelm, and get back the time and freedom they deserve to focus on what they do best.
With a strong background in administration and a natural eye for organisation, Chloe prides herself on delivering high-quality, detail-focused work and seamlessly managing the daily execution of business systems.
A little bit of her story
“I was feeling a little lost in life and unsure where my future was heading until I met Lily from The Keeper Collective. She mentioned she thought becoming a Virtual Assistant would suit me perfectly. My first question was, ‘what even is that?’
I soon realised it was exactly what I had already been doing in my part-time job — just in a way that allowed me to work from home, support my own clients, and create flexibility in my life.

Where it all began
Chloe has over 7+ years of experience in administration and has always had a passion for organised, well-run systems.
After taking on admin and social media support work with The Keeper Collective, she quickly realised this was the path she wanted to pursue long-term — working remotely while supporting small businesses with their day-to-day operations.
Since July 2022, Chloe has been supporting business owners with backend admin and marketing execution, helping them stay organised, consistent, and in control of their business systems — and she hasn’t looked back since.

All retainer packages are pre-billed at the beginning of each month and hours can be credited within that month. No lock-in period, but a 4-week written notice is required for termination of the contract.
