  • So, how does it work?

    Fill in our form. This will allow us to get to know you more and the services your are wishing to potentially outsource. Once we have reviewed your form, a quote and service agreement will be sent for signing. We will also book in a call if needed. The agreed work will then commence.

  • Im not sure how many hours I need for Engagement?

    This is a very common question we get. We have a variety of engagement clients. We have clients that only need 10 minutes a day whereas we have some that need us to be on for up to 30 minutes between a certain time of the day. So, it really depends on when you need the engagement done, what type of engagement and how many platforms we are working on. Best thing to do is fill in our form and we can get back to you with some more info!

  • I'm worried to be sharing passwords.

    Very understandable. Especially if your sharing your clients passwords as well. We use a secure sharing system for this. We are also covered with insurance if anything was ever to happen, our clients cyber safety is number one, always!

  • Do you track your time?

    Yes, we use Toggl to track our time when working. Toggl reports are attached to our invoices. Engagement & Scheduling are package priced.

  • When do I have to pay?

    Our invoices are billed monthly. They are due to be paid within 5 days of issue. The agreed monthly rate will be billed in full. You are required to provide us with the agreed work to cover your hours.

  • What if I don't want to be locked in for 3 months but need more hours?

    All retainer packages are pre-billed at the beginning of each month and hours can be credited within that month. No lock-in period, but a 4-week written notice is required for termination of the contract.

    If you wish to cease the current contract earlier, this is totally fine! Upon termination, we shall invoice for any payment due as well as a $100.00 early termination fee, and payment will be due immediately upon receipt.
